WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive a Order Confirmation email after you have placed your order, this will state which ever delivery option you have selected.

If parcels are not received within 5 working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays) Please email sales@fnkish.com to help track your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IM NOT IN WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

All parcels are sent with a signed for service. We advise that someone should be in when your parcel is due to be delivered. If you are not, our carrier will leave a delivery card advising you to pick up your parcel from your local sorting office.
